Terms of Service
Effective date: 20 April 2026 · Last updated: 22 July 2026
Welcome to Noosh. By downloading, installing, or using the Noosh mobile application or visiting nooshapp.com (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Noosh. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Your Account
You can sign in using Google or Apple authentication, or with an email address and password (or a one-time email sign-in code). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to update it if it changes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users (hosts or guests)
- Post content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others
- Impersonate another person or create fake accounts
- Attempt to access other users’ data or reverse-engineer the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (dinner titles, descriptions, photos). By posting content to the Service, you grant Noosh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You may delete your content at any time, and you may request full account deletion (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Dinner Coordination
Noosh facilitates dinner coordination between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any dinner event. Hosts are responsible for their events, and guests participate at their own discretion. Noosh does not handle food preparation, delivery, or payments between users.
6. Intellectual Property
The Noosh name, logo, design, and all original content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission. The Service is provided under a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noosh and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from dinner events coordinated through the Service.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy (anonymisation of past dinner records, deletion of personal data).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
